Corporate Caribbean Yacht Charter

One of the most exciting places you can bring your yachts to will be the Caribbean islands. There are, after all, a lot of choices for you. Nevertheless, if you want to make sure that you can have the best Caribbean yacht charter experience-that is, immerse yourself to the sun, sand, and sea-take a pick amongst these top 3 islands.

Virgin Islands

You can bring your Caribbean yacht charter to the Virgin Islands, just off Puerto Rico. There, you have other subchoices. After all, it's mainly composed by three major sub-islands known as St. John, St. Croix, and St. Thomas. Each of these islands has its own thing to offer to those who come here on board a Caribbean yacht charter. However, regardless of your choice, you can expect to get a good taste of their crystal clear blue waters and powdery white sand. You can swim, dive, snorkel, and explore the under waters, which are laden with several sunken ships and other tales of pirates. You may also head on to Norman Island, which is usually uninhabited. This means that taking your Caribbean yacht charter here offers you the kind of privacy you're longing for in your vacation. You may set up your own personal meals, together with your chefs, and wait until the sun sets. You can also dock your yachts and proceed to Virgin Gorda, which is made up of baths. You can take a dip into the pool or be amased by the grottos.

Leeward Islands

It's very easy for you to navigate your yachts to different Caribbean islands when you're here in Leeward. It's bordered by Antigua and Dominica. You also have St. Kitts and Nevis, which are very small but equally beautiful and captivating islands. There are a lot of sugar plantations and small hotels where you can stay overnight should you wish to take a trip around the island nations whilst on dock.

On your Caribbean yacht charter, don't forget to also go to Saba, which is a rock that stands as high as 3,000 feet. The surrounding waters are perfect for those who love to scuba dive. There are also cottages where you can have your lunch or dinner before you head on to other nearby islands such as Anguilla and St. Bart's. You can take advantage of their pristine beaches and the fact that most of the islands are pretty secluded. You may also opt to simply sail through as there are a lot of superb sailing passages where you can take a good view of the many islands, beaches, and bays.

When you're thinking of going for a Caribbean yacht charter, you may want to pick super or mega yachts, since they can take you to as many islands as you like. You can also have your own professional crew, especially captain, who can tell you the best places to go to according to logistics and your preferences. Lastly, you have more freedom on how long you can use the yachts for pleasure or business.

Worldwide Luxury Yacht Charter

What is a luxury yacht charter? A lot of people believe that this is going to be the most expensive choice that you will ever make when it comes to your yachts. However, when you get to know more about it, you will realise that they are definitely worth the price.

A luxury yacht charter is normally owned by private persons. The first few luxury yachts that sailed were owned by wealthy individuals-families and businessmen. They are purely used for their pleasure. Today, though, some of them are already managed by companies or they are being rented out as luxury yacht charters for those who cannot afford to own the boat on their own or firms that would like to set up corporate events on the seas.

Most of the luxury yacht charters are manned. One of the foremost reasons why the luxury yachts are more expensive than the others is because they are usually manned by professionals. Besides the captain who would take you anywhere you want to go, you also have chefs who can prepare the most delectable meals for you and your guests. You also have attendants on born yachts. They are there to attend to your needs as immediately as possible. In fact, there are some yachts that have their own guides.

Luxury yacht charters are huge. Compared to other yachts, they are definitely massive. They can measure as long as 500 feet. What's more, they can have as many decks as possible, each offering wide variety of services to guests. We are talking about entertainment rooms, well-designed cabins, kitchens, saunas, spas, and staterooms. There are also yachts that have dining rooms, salons, gyms, and bridge. They are so huge that they are often called mega or super yachts.

You have more liberty with a luxury yacht charter. Another advantage that you get to enjoy if you go for luxury yacht charter is the more freedom of choice when it comes to your destination. You can hop from one Caribbean island to the other, countries like Paris, San Francisco, London, or Switzerland. You can also rent the yachts for longer periods of time.

How Should You Pick a Luxury Yacht Charter?

The only challenge that you are going to face with the luxury yacht charter will be the cost. You can expect to spend thousands of dollars every day for it. Thus, it is essential that you know that it is the most suitable open for you and your guests. If you are going to entertain bigwigs, or if you are bringing a huge pool of people, then the super yacht may be an excellent choice.

You should also scour for as many options as you when it comes to your luxury yacht charter. In case you do not know yet, there are already hundreds of them online. You may have to pick at least 5 that can definitely take you to places that you want to go. Know how much you are going to spend for the yachts.

Croatia Cruise - Gulet Voyage You'll Remember For Life

Who Else Wants A Croatia Cruise Of Life?

That magnificent, beautiful Adriatic sea... Time for you and your family to relax. Here are few tips on how to pick the best Croatia cruise and enjoy your vacation the most.

It is maybe the best if I share with you my experience.

First time I've heard about gulet cruising was from a friend who used to book gulet cruises with his buddies and business partners. He told me this shocking-to-the-bones story...

Not all gulets are the same.

First time he was on his cruise, it was good... so good that he returned the same summer for another cruise. This time, he picked a wrong gulet. Captain didn't speak English, cabins were dirty and they had to stick to the route with no suggestions allowed (partially because of poor understanding with the crew). That scared me that I have almost canceled my cruise scheduled for the next year.

But fortunately, I didn't.

I've found a gulet that was perfect... from the crew to the gulet itself. It was so nice and relaxing that it became my must-have vacation at least once and often twice a year. Since then I've discovered a few things every gulet tourist should know about.

First things first... pick a good gulet. Make sure a crew can speak English and that cook is experienced. Second, ask for pictures of a gulet itself. If everything looks fine, the last step is to contact the owner personally and make sure you'll in fact spend your time on that particular gulet. If everything is alright, then you are good to discover these tips on how to enjoy your Croatia cruise the most.

Taste homemade wines and local food. Adriatic sea is rich with fish and islands that are producing special, very tasteful wines. You should try them. Don't make a mistake by drinking popular well-known wines from France or wherever. You'll be surprised how delicious local wines are.

Second... eat fish. If you are lucky, you might get just caught fish served on your table. Fish you cannot taste anywhere else but on Adria.

At last... listen to the captain. If you pick the right gulet it will be a wise choice to listen to the experienced captain. He knows that area like his own pocket. He knows where to find the most amazing, breath-taking places you would never found otherwise. In conclusion, it is a must-have cruise and a joy you'll remember for the rest of your life.

Corporate Yacht Charter

There are a number of reasons why you may want to rent yachts, but one of these is because you like to use the vessels for corporate events. In this case, you want to go for a corporate yacht charter.

What are the reasons for going a corporate yacht charter?

There are a lot. For one, you may want to have a unique way of celebrating milestones in your company such as anniversaries. You may also choose a corporate yacht charter when you're doing an important product launch. If you like to keep your number of guests very limited and make them the ones who are definitely going to buy your products and services, you can take them on a cruise. You can then have cocktails and presentations during sunsets or nighttime. Another reason for leasing yachts is for teambuilding. You may have got used or even bored with the usual activities, and you like something new? Now, how about if you challenge all your employees to a day or even a week of fun and pressure by playing water sports? Lastly, you can rent a corporate yacht charter as a form of gift to the most valued client or to the most hardworking staff in the office.

What are the things to consider for a corporate yacht charter?

The first thing that you need to keep in mind will be the number of people who are going to occupy the yachts. Most of them, even the bigger ones, have limited number of guests. This is to prevent any potential problem such as overloading. Moreover, the number of people will determine how much you're going to pay for the corporate yacht charter. Normally, you are going to pay for every person who's on board. It's also the reason why you have to confirm to your personnel who is definitely joining the trip.

Second, think about your budget. You will definitely spend more if you're going to choose luxury yachts, or those equipped with professional crew and facilities such as salons, saunas, suites, and gyms, to name a few. You are also going to pay more if you will be traveling to a lot of islands.

Third, make sure that the corporate yacht charter you've chosen can give you a liability insurance policy. This means that should anything happen to you, the charter company will be responsible to you and your family. The coverage, however, may depend on the type of corporate yacht charter you've picked.

Fourth, know if there are add-on services that you can take advantage for your corporate yacht charter. There are times when they offer packages, where you don't only get to use the yachts but you can also use the other facilities such as jet skis, snorkeling and diving equipment, and a lot more.

Today, with ease in navigation, you already have several choices for your corporate yacht charter. If you're aiming for more nature, you can head to the Caribbean islands. If you want to inject culture, you can select Mediterranean islands.

Yacht Charter

Are you thinking of getting a yacht charter? Before you do so, you must be properly educated about it. What are the types of yachts that you can possibly rent? How much would you pay for it, and how long can you go for a yacht charter? Where can you find the most ideal yacht for your needs?

Types of Yacht Charters

Before we go into that, you should know first what yachts are. They are water vessels that can be utilised for two reasons. You can rent them for pleasure, such as when you cruise or go on an island vacation, or racing.

Yachts differ in sizes. The smaller ones can be between 15 and 100 feet. The bigger ones can reach to even 500 feet and can definitely accommodate a lot of people. You can hardly find yachts that are to be used for racing, but just for additional knowledge, if you want to utilise the vessel for such use, you have to make sure that the length will be more than 21 meters.

There are two known ways on how you can run the yachts. For one, you can operate it with the use of electricity. If you want something more economical or cheaper, you can go for a diesel motor. You will also find yachts that contain both, perhaps the other being used as backup just in case the main power fails.

How Much Yacht Charters Cost

You have to remember that yacht charters don't really come cheap. They may cost hundreds to thousands of dollars depending on a lot of factors. One of them is the size. How many people are going to be on board the yacht? You also have to think about the places that you're going to go to. You can save more if you're just going to stick with at least one or two. You will get to pay more, on the other hand, if you'll pick the crewed yachts. This means that besides the captain, there will also be attendants, chefs, and guides who are going to take care of your needs. It's very fundamental that you consider the primary reason why you're going to lease a yacht and think about which type of charter will be the most suitable to your needs.

How to Look for a Yacht Charter

There are a lot of companies that are not offering yacht charters, so that means you already have plenty of choices. Thus, make sure that you just don't settle for one offer. As much as possible, have 5 options before you pick the best one based on the criteria that you've set.

Next, you need to confirm the track record of the yacht charter company. What is the condition of their yachts? Can they communicate with you at all times? Can they be trusted?

You should also ensure that you can rent the yacht charter at least few weeks before the actual use. This way, you are ensured that you get the right kind of yacht for you.

The Benefits of Booking a Luxury Cruise in Advance

I know 2010 is several months away, but when it comes to planning vacations, the best way to really plan the best trip is by planning in advance. This way you are able to do the proper amount of research on the destination and you can gather feedback from all of the people that will be traveling to make sure everyone will be getting what they want out of the trip.

A major bonus to planning vacations in advance is that you are likely to find deals and discounts since you will be an early bird and companies will be more than happy to lock you in to a deal to guarantee that they will have a vacationer traveling with them in the future. Whether you prefer to book your vacations online or have a travel agent readily available, booking in advance gives you flexibility and many times, if you need to make adjustments or need to add to your vacation, the changes will likely be accommodated since more options will be open now as apposed to later when everything gets booked up.

My favorite way to travel is on a luxury cruise with some of the top name cruise lines like Regent, Oceania, Princess and Azamara. What's great about the luxury cruise experience is that you get the all-inclusive vacation experience like you would in resorts in Mexico, but at a different level of class since they completely pamper you during the whole trip. The luxury cruise ships are smaller than the more family/party related ships, so the experience is more elegant, private, and intimate.

And as is the case with cruises in general, you can visit several different destinations in one vacation. So on a one week European cruise; you could potentially visit 4 different countries. When will you be able to do that by foot!?

Traveling on a ship makes things much more manageable because you have a safe place to call home and it's easy to keep track of where the kids are at since they can only wander off on the ship.

Mariner of the Seas Ship Review

The Promenade...a collection of pubs, champagne bar, coffee shop, boutiques, and popular food franchises (Ben and Jerry's and Johnny Rockets) in a street setting that makes this one of the most enjoyable and unique experiences on the ship. There were also nightly parades consisting of costumed entertainers and dancers.

And then there's the Ice Skating rink with ice shows! I had never been to an ice show...I only saw them on TV. However, to be up so close, you can experience the grace and power of these incredible athletes... but get there early, at least 45 minutes early, for a good seat.

For entertainment, the Savoy Theatre was spacious, very comfortable, had great sight lines, and consisted of an impressive musical production (Music from the 80's) with equally impressive performances from the singers/dancers (one of the two female singers could have won American Idol!) and a very talented comedian/singer/impersonator.

The dining room was elegant, the menu first-rate, and the service was excellent. The buffet was considerable and included daily, a number of ethic choices including Mexican, Indian, and Asian cuisine.

The fitness center was roomy and included all of the latest cardio and weight training machines. However, bring your iPod because the TV's were too small to see from across the room and there was no audio input jack. Needless to say, one still could work out and enjoy ocean views from nearly any direction.

The pool deck of course had a pool, a number of Jacuzzis, and an abundance of lounge chairs. The music and pool bars kept the excitement at a high level all of the time. Although I'm no longer a jogger, there was also a jogging track on the highest deck.

The room we stayed in was an inside cabin. However, it overlooked the Promenade, which gave you the feeling of apartment living... looking out onto a busy, exciting neighborhood. Room service offered a much more extensive menu than I experienced on other cruise lines. The bed was very comfortable and there was a mini-fridge, but no flat screen HD TV yet.

Last, don't forget to enjoy the 24 hour soft-serve yogurt machine on the pool deck!

Croatia Gulet - 3 Things You Must Know Before Booking a Cruise

If you have decided to go on Gulet cruising, congratulations - it will probably be one of the most joyful cruises you ever took.

I am booking one week each summer with my family. I've tried both Turkey coast and Adriatic one. Adriatic sea is by far more beautiful... magnificent.

I'll share with you some tips you should know when preparing for your blue voyage.

1) Take only your closest friends. The Gulet is small environment where you'll spend your week or two. If you are on that small space with people you don't like or with troubleseekers, it can ruin your whole vacation. I know. We have been once with our friends and their friends. One guy was such a pain that he has almost ruined our entire vacation.

2) As always on cruising, there is a captain. It is person of authority and command when you are on sea. Although he is there to make your cruise joyful, while traveling, you must listen to captain's commands. The reason for that is mostly your safety and safety of the yacht itself. As always, there could be a bad whether and captain usually knows the forecast and when you should stay in the marine and when it is good to go. Forcing your captain to set sails and go to another destination when a bad whether is forecast could cause you unpleasant time with big waves. If you are in Adriatic sea and with skillful captain, it isn't dangerous, but it could look scary if you haven't experienced bad weather on the sea before.

3) Sex in the cabins. Well, as it is attractive and must-have experience on such voyages, be forewarned. If you are loud at all, it will be heard by all. Gulet is a wooden boat and you are on the water... it transfers sound like crazy. The same advice applies for talking about someone behind his back. Extra careful.

These are my three tips you usually won't find in brochures and other resources, but are absolute must-know for pleasant and joyful vacation.

By the way... if you are considering a gulet cruise in Croatia, I absolutely recommend it. It is relaxing, tasteful experience you'll never forget.
